Looking for a great banking experience? I know that can't possibly exist anymore not with ATMS, no paper statements and some of us not allowed to do any transactions with an actual teller! HA! I was thinking that too...then I walked into 5th/3rd on St. Pete Beach and thought I had entered into a time machine...these people were SO NICE and personable! It was like meeting old friends. What a super experience. I am hoping they are permitted to keep their easy breezy business style. I really like them. Check them out and see what I mean. Troy is the manager over there...great guy. We are paying less and receive 5 star service from this company. The rep is always available to assist us, besides the customer service dept. We got a great deal on a new credit card machine and the entire service has been a pleasure to be associated with. They have been a welcome addition to our store after problems with the previous co we used. ...read more
