I moved here from another state,I bought a place here sight unseen..It was on tobaco rd i guess.there where a few noises that i was not used too,But there where during buisness hours. I had a very nice lot clean as it should be.The lot managers where there for me being this was the first people i had any contact with.They where more than willing to help with any problems.I have since moved to a larger mobile home. Tim and Renee have gone out of there way to help me with the new mobile im in now.They are always just a call away,Night or Day. As for the cats alot of that comes from the near by beach there dumped and they find there way here, They are dealt with by the proper athorities. The trash is picked up twice a week the only way you will smell it is sniff the dumpsters. This is one of the friendlest park I know of.the management had alot put on there plate when taking this place over.Things are 99% Better than before.And after dark you can walk thee park and it is so quite that you can here yourself breath as you are walking. SO TIM AND RENEE THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS A REALY NICE HOME AWAY FROM HOME...YOU BOTH HAVE DONE SO MUCH TO MAKE THIS A GREAT COMMUNITY FOR ALL OF US...MANY THANKS! The sewage in this place is a disgrace. The person runnung it is a hitler. the people are nice but the crime rate is humumgoous. The maintenace mans truck was stolen in boad day. best to find another place until the state fixes this place. it is realy a god awful mess.... ...read more
