Angler Air Conditioning

I have a homeowner's warranty and they called Angler Air when my A/C froze up early this July. After waiting over the weekend, they came out and added freon, saying the pressure wasn't low enough to make it worth looking for a leak. 3 weeks later, same problem. Same 3 day wait. This time they found the leak (it only took 1/2 hour; why didn't they find it the first time?) and had to order a part. NEVER called me with an update -- every time I called, they had a new excuse and a new promise to call with updates. They were due at 9am today. It's 9:35 now on August 24.
