If you want your work to be promised 2 weeks before it happens, Elrod septic is for you. If you want them to rip up all your irrigation, electric lines, and pool lines and then say it's not in their contract to replace... Elrod septic is for you. If you want them to promise to put sod down, then say they never said that and that they would put grass seed down.... then never actually put the grass seed down... Elrod septic is for you. Oh and those trees they knocked down to install the system? Well you have to hire somebody else to get them off your lawn because they don't clean up their mess either.
