First issue we had with the contractor was his Ill be there tomorow, & not show up for days, sometimes almost 2 wks. It has been more than 3 months & we still dont have a pool we could use. Followed by our pool excavated in the wrong place! As well as: 1. Concrete truck drove over an existing walkway that leads to a detached garage & shattered it. Walkway was paved & stamped. He refuses to restore it to its original condition. 2. Gravel driveway that leads to detached garage no longer exists due to the dumping of dirt used for back fill having been spread over the driveway instead of being removed. He will not replace the gravel he covered. 3. Stairs built down from the pool deck to the walkway, are steep & unsafe. 4. Deck is covered in fire ants. Both he & contract stated the area would be treated. 5. Pavers are not cleaned, nor sealed. As promised. 6. Pool has major leak. 7. Equiptment is used and leaking. On & on.
