DO NOT USE THIS STORE. We have been waiting for our mattress for over a week. Have drove to the store numerous times trying to find out why our mattress which was purchased and paid for had not been delivered to the store. Finally, a salesman offered to deliver it to my house for free between the hours of 1-5 and the drivers would call 30 mins before they came. Well 12:56 they arrived but refused to leave the mattress because by 15 yr old didnt have ID saying he was over 18. NEVER did they tell me this. I called up the store and MR. DEWEY said thats the way it is and you can come pick it up tomorrow. After going round and round with him, he said" I don't know why you are calling me I have already spoke with your husband and he is fine with it" I said NO he isn't he asked me to call because he is tired of dealing with the excuses and he proceeded to interrupt me and act rude. I asked him for his name told me it was Dewey. Asked him for his corporate number he said"go find it on the website". Asked for the manager he said his name was Larry and he wouldn't be in today. I said what about tomorrow he said I don't know when he works. So, I asked who is the regional manager, he told me "find it on the website". He told me it was my responsibility to pick it up tomorrow from the store but when I asked him when would it be there he replied" when the truck gets here". So how am I suppose to know. They told me last week it was coming on Tuesday. Then I said well how do I cancel the order, he said when the mattress gets back to Miami they will inspect it and issue a refund. When we purchased our home two weeks ago, we called Rob to help us regain some sort of life from this foreclosured abandoned home to hold us over before we can afford tile....let me tell you, there appeared to be cigarettes burns, dirt, grease, mud, gross but that was no longer there when I arrived home I was so pleasantly surprised, I can wait awhile for some tile!!! Do not hire ARCA Construction Inc without first reading this review and checking with the City of Port St Lucie Contractor Licensing department, his work is poor at best. He was cited by the city of Port St Lucie for using a unlicensed subcontractor for our drywall (Claud Fabian) I was told by this guy after the fact that Alan Landers tried to get him to falsify documents saying that he was a long time employee of ARCA construction. Bottom line this guy is just a small time Con Man. Prior to starting his contracting company he was a delivery driver for a soda company, not sure how he thought that qualified as prior construction experience. He could not even stain or properly cut baseboards. his crew turned out to be his wife and a neighbor that needed work for a day. John, what the heck were your guys thinking? I just inspected the house at 807 SW Saint Andrews Cove. Stanley Steemer made more of a mess out of our house. You guys were terrific with showing up within the hour to suck up the water. I wish I could have stopped you there! I wish I didn't use your demo crew to rip out the sheet rock and wood molding's. What a BIG MISTAKE! My tenants things (clothes, furniture, tv) are all ruined not from the flood but from the demolition!. Everything is covered with sheet rock dust. The entire house is covered like an explosion in a baby powder factory. I would think a company specializing in "emergency clean up" would have taken better precautionary measures.
