Worst customer service EVER! Rented a waterslide, was told it would be there at 6 am, called at 730, said they would be there in an hour, didnt get there till 1030. Had a Dangerous hole in it. The kids heads were going into the hole. Their response was that we could have another slide for free any day, we told them the following monday would be fine, they said they would be there at 8 am, we called at 10 and they said they were in orlando and "thought" we said tuesday. but they said they could make it by 3, at 5 we called and the owner said he is going to give us the biggest 300$ slide from tuesday til thursday at no charge. well tuesday, he came to pick up the original slide, and when we go outside to see the 300$ slide he brought us, he was runnning to his van and jumping in. He was ripping us off and didnt even have the nerve to face us. Needless to say, the whole time we were promising my 7 year old daughter a better slide and it never happened. ***BEWARE*** This company is a scam. I ordered a popcorn machine, cotton candy machine and bounce house and the only thing that arrived correct was the bounce house. They supplied the cotton candy machine and popcorn machine without the supplies to go with it. When I asked for a refund they completely declined. My five year old was completely bummed as were all the other children. I was mortified when the children kept asking when they could have their yummy treats.
