We met and signed up with Joseph A. Heintz Jr. law office after being scammed by a couple of other law firms. We were in our 3rd year of battle with the bank at the time. Mr. Heintz put in many hours of service to our case, although he was straight-forward and told us that we would probably loose our home. Thankfully, the bank indicated that there was a new program that we may be eligible for. A paralegal from the firm was assigned to our case, for no additional costs, and assisted us in the 8-month long application process.
