I am really pleased with the campaign results provided by Bill and his team at Local Internet Systems. We worked with Local Internet Systems on a marketing idea, they had and developed, to re-engage with our past customers and to generate business from previous customers. They put together a campaign to reach out to our old customers and re-ignite our relationship and it worked. Over the years, we had dropped 'the ball' and this new campaign helped us pick it up and 'get back in the game', so to speak. Over the past 90 days, we have had inquiries from 13 old customers about job quotes, with 3 of those quotes turning into new business. I know as this campaign moves forward, we will continue to gain additional sales. Pricey, poor selection and horrible service (offensive actually) I'm stuck with a US$360 pair of Maui Jim they won't fix nor exchange ... and the owner had the nerve to propose that I buy yet a second pair of glasses from them at 20% discount to account for my trouble.
