I had a ton of pop-ups and my computer was slow. I tried one of those online services that promised to double my speed. It was a total waste of money. I managed to search CitySearch, found this company, called and made an appointment. The technician, RJ, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. In addition to repairing my computer AFTER the appointment ended he stayed and made several suggestions that helped me use my computer and network much more efficiently.
