I needed alot of work done on a new home, some simple like swapping out a fixture and some difficult like running new wire through ceilings and walls. First couple times were great, then last time tech causes a major power surge which fries out the Timers he just installed, 2 expensive surge protectors and now my backyard light doesn't work where it worked fine before. I told Lance the owner and he expects me to pay for the Timers a second time? What? Ever since that we've been going round and round with him pitting off fixing the problem until he finally agreed to come over...then he completely blew me off feigning that he sent the email to the wrong person. This guy doesn't stand behind his work when. there's an issue and then jerks you around in hopes that you will just give up since you're so aggravated with the Lack of customer service. ...read more
