Had a very bad experience with the manager, Tricia Edwards who noticed that three of us sitting at a table for 15 minutes outside had not yet purchased a drink. She approached us and asked that we leave if we are not going to have a drink. Ten minutes later she came back and asked that we leave immediately. My two friends then went inside to purchase a drink (as they intended to do upon arrival). I was thinking about purchasing chai tea as I usually do but after the rude tone and unpleasant encounter with the manager, I left. I have supported this Starbucks for over 5 years now. I have often brought my laptop, worked and read and purchased my tea up to an hour after arrival and never had a problem. Now I think I will go to the store at Coral Ridge Dr. where the staff is always pleasant. Ms. Edwards needs some training..
