I tried to get my estimate updated before the move and was ignored. Consequently I was way over my estimate. The movers were 2 days late picking up and I was promised compensation for my trouble, I'm still waiting for a portion of that more than a month later. The movers lost a large box containing some irreplaceable items. I first mentioned the missing box less than a week after the drop off, then 4 or 5 more times over the next THREE WEEKS. Finally my "customer care" rep asked about it and was told it's too late and that I had checked off the inventory... I never saw the inventory at drop off. It was pouring rain and the movers quickly moved all my boxes into my garage, where they were going to leave them until I stopped them from leaving and had them place them where I needed them. I don't trust that my weight was accurate, there was someone else's household goods on the truck. I feel ripped off, angry and sad. I'll be moving again in the next year or two. Not only will I not be using this company I will tell anyone who will listen how awful they are. Wish I could give them zero stars. ...read more

These guys are the biggest liars around there had a different name for there company which you can see on yelp and they will give you a price on all your stuff and then they will raise the price ten times the original amount and they don't use there own trucks they send out f rated companies to pick up your stuff consumers beware ...read more
