Old, dingy and smelly office setting. Staff very unprofessional and unfriendly, especially the OLD lady working at the front desk (if she is ever there). Most people work 8-5, but they are never available to see, in person, when they are needed, and they rarely return any phone calls. These guys are the best out of all the management companies I work with (8 in Broward County, alone). They get me what I need when I need it, work as mediators between the boards and me (most companies only work on the board's side), never misappropriate my maintenance payments, and send out great contractors on repair issues. I wish they managed all of the associations where I have units. They have a job to do and do it well. A shout-out to Annette! She's been with them forever and works hard to try and make the application process go smoothly. She's tough, but I'll miss her if she ever retires. ...read more
