Wonderful Skyline homes with vintage front porches. These homes are almost Hurricane proof homes, up to 125 MPH winds! I survived Wilma while my sister's single family home was demolished. Great Hurricane help, if needed. Lots of activities, breakfast, parties, water aerobics,cruises,bowling,poker and more. Free lawn mowing. Laundry facilities on premises. Will be a gated community soon! You must keep up your shrubs, paint, driveway, etc. This keeps the park's resale values up. Park has 3 exit/entry ways, 2 on Lyons, and 1 on Hillsboro. Walking distance to Publix, CVS, Walgreens, the Post Office, Staples, Ace Hardware, Dunkin Donuts/Baskin&Robbins, 7-11, bus, and more. I love it here.
