My mother inlaw is doing better since she has been there. My concerns are the time that it takes for the residents to get assistance after they push the call buttons. and every evening when we go up to see her . Every evening the floor smells of urine.very strong. I realize that there are alot of residents and some probably do abuse their buttons, however it only takes one time for a real incident to happen.I work with mentally handicap children and I do know how challenging it can be . So far the staff has been very nice I just dont like how long it takes for them to check on the residents. ...read more

This facility is old, not well kept and the dignity these poor people deserve, they do not get. Small rooms shared by 2 residents, broken bedside tables, no bed rails. ( My grandmother fell out of bed!) The staff talks in hallway when there are residents pushing the assist buttons! They write that the residents eat good meals when I was there for most of my Grandmothers meals and she NEVER ate. If they lie about that, what else are they lying about. I did come accross a few wonderful nurses, but sorry, they were overshadowed but the non caring ones. ...read more
