My business, Pensacola Jewelers, was burglarized on October 5, 2014, and my security system was installed, maintained, serviced and monitored by Gabriel Fire & Security. The cell phone back-up is a joke. A call was never placed to ANYONE. My business lost $500k in inventory! Someone from the company wrote an email to the monitoring company and told them NOT TO CALL US IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT IF THE ALARM GOES OFF! This is BEYOND NEGLIGENT! Tried several times to schedule times for alarm inspection and then for alarm upgrade. Sales staff was very lax about returning calls and emails. Finally called another service provider and was upgraded the next day! I normally like using local companies but with this kind of response to sales calls, I did not feel comfortable relying on them for emergencies.
