I discovered these sauces while visiting Florida, and they are now my go-to sauces for all things grilled and BBQd. I've used them on pork, beef, chicken and seafood, and they're tremendous. The sauces are the perfect combination of hot and sweet that pairs perfectly with so many foods. If you've had Jerk sauce that's too hot, don't fret, these have the perfect balance. I use the hot sauce to add an exotic complexity to eggs, soups, beans, or anything I normally shake a little hot sauce on.
