McGraw advised me to settle for an agreement in lieu of a restraining order because I would "never be able to get a restraining order based on stalking alone". The agreement that should have been filed on the same date as the hearing still hadn't been filed more than a week later. I then talked to, and later hired, a different lawyer who did get my restraining order based entirely on stalking activities and who couldn't believe an educated lawyer told me that it wouldn't happen! Later when I disputed the credit card charge for McGraw's "services", she sent a response to the credit card company which contained several blatent lies. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Florida Bar Association because of the above situation as as well as her shouting out confidential information relating to my case while she was apparently drunk at the local Fair.
