We went into the store to get a new pair of glasses. Jean was very helpful. We ordered a very specific this lightweight lens. The charge for the frame and lens was 488.00. When we came to pick them up a week later, it was NOT what we had discussed or ordered. We were then told to get what we had originally asked for it would be another 100.00. We said okay, We were not thrilled but okay lets do it. We even brought in an old pair of frames to have the lenses put in. We even paid an additional 435.00 just for the lenses then the other 100.00 for a total of 535.00 in addition to the 488.00 that we had already paid. We were told that it would be 10 days to get them. We were called two weeks later and told they were ready. We went in on Friday and they were the exact same WRONG lenses. When we told Wendy they were still incorrect she said : then we just cant get what we want and to come back next week because she can not help us. WOW, 1000.00 dollars and 4 trips later I could not be more upset. I will be going back next week and asking for a full refund.
