Moises and Jacob are the greatest guys to work with. The were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in their field. They were able to explain everything where I could understand. They designed our website with a photo gallery, online menu, review forms, coupon generator and more amazing features. They gave us a large scale restaurant for a small business price. Email Celebrates 30th Anniversary

August 30th passed with little attention to the 30th anniversary of the copyright received by sixteen year old Shiva Ayyadurai’s “electronic mail.”  The Radicati Group estimates that there are over 3 billion email accounts worldwide with nearly 145 billion email messages exchanged each day. (http://allthingsd.com/20120904/email-turns-30/)     92 percent of US internet users read or send email and two thirds of them use it every day. It is also the preferred channel 77 percent of consumers to receive promotional messages. Email is the one of the most utilized app on every smartphone. Five times more people use mobile media to communicate and acquire information than use a computer.     In spite of the threats that other applications would out date email, it continues to maintain it’s position. Think about it. In addition to receiving personal and marketing messages via email, it controls purchases, memberships, website access, social media entrance and just about anything you do on the internet.     If you are a business owner, email is one of the least expensive ways to communicate with potential and existing clients. Whether you are large or small, content both on your website and in your email communications is important. It is necessary to maintain your virtual existence.      Just regurgitating ads from your providers on to your customers is not enough. You need to know what they want and need to hear. How do you accomplish that? The first thing to do is open a line of communication. Current and correctly spelled names and addresses help to build your “client list.” Take the time to double check your typing. Keep your list up to date. When you acquire a new customer, don’t stop with the “Thanks for your business.” Get every conceivable way to contact them in order to serve them in the future and then add this information to your list. Make sure that your public relations people have the updates.      Ask some questions and then LISTEN to your customers’ responses. They will tell you what they want and need to know. As you hear their questions, begin to acquire the answers. The answers will become your content.      People love stories. What does your company stand for? What kind of experiences have you had? What are you passionate about? This is part of what customers need to know to build a relationship of familiarity. Remember: people do business with people they know, like and can relate to.     Ask for customer reviews of your service. This can be beneficial to both of you. Most people know at least 250 other people. A happy customer will tell his 250 friends good things and an unhappy customer will too ...  You do need to ask for their feedback. It will improve your service to others. ...read more
