An employee ran into a power pole and damaged my freezer, which started growling so loud my cat wouldn't come past it to eat any more. It resorted to foraging outside, got toxoplasmosis, and died. The freezer also died because they never sent a repairman. The company offered under a third of the cost of my 2 year old freezer, not even enough to buy a used one on craigslist, let alone replace the spoiled food. I would give 0 stars if that was offered. Their first offer for the 2 year old appliance their employee damaged was too little to replace with a used one. I got a letter stating I would have to sign that they had no liability if I wanted to get paid at all. It was their employee that did the damage. I would have had to lie to get paid. I refused, counteroffered, and they have ignored me ever since. Don't hire these people. It gets worse. Email me for the rest of the story. ...read more
