If you ever have a computer problem, take your computer to ANYONE else but Computer Outlet. This is a bad business. The guy will be very condescending and rude, and he'll sell you old products that don't work. I have been waiting over a year to receive a refund from this company. The aggresive salesman told me the Dell Sirion 2200 was new and in a sealed box. It was not. They did not display their refund policy as required by Florida Law. They want to offer me a credit of $850.00 for the $1078.00 plus $28.98 in shipping costs plus all my time contacting them. They had a few of the things I needed, but no where close to all. Turns out they bought all the material that they did not have from another supply house around the corner and marked it up even more to sell it back to me.
