What a dump! I attended the Mardi Gras Celebration in St Andrews last night and made several purchases in this place (my friends also), and tipped well, I might add. Upon my third visit, I purchased two beverages that came to $4.25, I gave the bartender a $20 bill and was given $4.75 change. When I tried to tell the bartender of her $10 mistake, I was advised that I was given the proper change and she would no longer speak to me. I attempted again to tell her that I was an honest person and would NEVER try to steal money and she continued to ignore me. I was appalled!! When my husband came in to try to talk to the bartender, she would not talk to us and would not return our money.
