I went to Sissy to have my blonde touched up. I'm new from out of town and had my previous colorist's formula, she insisted she start from a fresh base instead and said that his colors were all wrong. After 5 hours I now look like a brunette with cheap frosted streaks with a few chunky highlights and a couple of leopard spots. Glad I didn't let her cut anything. My colorist from South Florida has worked on a long list of movie stars including Liv Tyler, Julia Roberts, and Nicole Kidman and I was always happy with his work. Sissy doesn't know what she's doing with color if you ask me. She was also rude and rough on my hair and scalp. Her daughter working with her was at least nice. After strong suggestions to get a refund by friends who own salons in other towns I called to politely request a refund because I could not afford to go somewhere else at this time.
