I would give them 0 stars if it were an option. The owner/operator of Alternative Water convinced my (retired) parents they needed a $6400 water purification system – which they purchased. However, the owner/operator actually installed a $2000 system (unbeknownst to them). Obviously the system did not do what it was sold to do. My parents attempted to resolve the issue through the local company for 3 years. Eventually, they made contact with the manufacturer – who resolved the issue AND took responsibility for the local owners dishonesty. Three years later, the correct system was installed (RainSoft) and my parents love it. I would recommend the product, BUT STAY CLEAR OF THE LOCAL BUSINESS “Alternative Water”. ...read more

I cannot say enough about Billy and the guys at Aqua Marine. They built my pier and installed my lift as well as efficiently any I have ever seen. I have had no problems and would not hesitate to call them if I ever need another lift or any dock work. In fact I will be adding a jet ski lift soon and am considering their new cover.
