I have been taking classes at Impact for about 6 weeks. I am now in the best shape of my life and I am loving the realistic and practical Krav Maga classes. When I want to burn a ton of calories, I jump into the Kickboxing class which is awesome. ...read more

Our family does both adult and kids martial arts at Impact and we really enjoy it. We like the mixed martial arts concept, drawing useful skills from different disciplines. The programs is a combination of many positive elements such as fitness, discipline, focus, respect, fun, mastery of skills, and working hard toward archiving clearly defined goals. We appreciate that the instructors as led by Soke Greg Goepfert are serious about developing the students skills correctly and effectively. This is not a belt factory, you and your kids can actually learn to master the skills. ...read more
