The people at this company are dishonest. When I called to ship something, the woman I spoke with on the phone was nice, but didn't give me any options, just a flat fee. When the truck arrived, she hadn't sent me the bill of lading yet, and no one at the company could find her or send it for her. So there was a big delay at the pickup site It was delivered fine, but then they tried to charge me extra by saying that it was delivered to a residence, not a business. Then, they sent me an invoice that showed the weight of the freight I shipped, but for less money (they had overcharged). So I called to ask them to explain the discrepancy, and spoke with Jennifer Taylor, the customer service manager. She couldn't explain the discrepancy, saying only that legally they had to send me the invoice. She also refused to refund me any money. She ended the conversation by saying she wasn't going to discuss it any more. Dishonest business practices and rude customer service, amazing! ...read more
