Got my system installed by this shop. WORST installation ever... Took about 5 hours to install 2 10" subs that were already prewired. The "tech" never adjusted my amps after noticing it wasn't playing right. A month later, my left sub blows, and I BARELY play my subs loud, I mean they are only 2 tens. Ever since I got this "tech shop" to install my system, I have nothing but electrical problems. Yesterday, leaving a parking garage my car shuts off electrically/mechanically driving down the ramp. I had to pay over $100 to get my car towed to my friends house. As I suspected, as soon as I disconnected the wiring from the system, ALL power came back on. Not to mention the "tech" never screwed on my ground terminal and was loosely placed ontop (this explains why my electrical sometimes shuts off and comes back on when driving). So I call the shop, talk to the "owner" forgot his name, old guy with a northern accent. Explain to him everything, and he starts to belittle me telling me I'm just a kid and he has been doing it before I was born. I told him I didn't want a hand me out I want to be compensated for my tow and installation charge that they charged me. Told me I wasn't getting anything, and if I was in the store infront of him I wouldn't tell him all this. He then started to physically threaten me, saying he will show me how tough he is, and for me to tell him my name and give him my address so he can meet up with me... This is the OWNER... I am 28 years old... He is 48 years old... Give it up old man, your jaw doesn't stand a chance... WORST... WORST... WORST... PLACE EVER!!!! STAY AWAY!!! HORRIBLE INSTALLATIONS... ROOKIE TECHS....
