I too left three items for him to sell, and when I returned to inquire on their status, he made up some excuse that they were on loan to an interior designer. He has been reported to the Orlando Police Department for petty theft and his day in court and time in jail will come very soon! Be very careful selling your antiques to Timothy Nunnery. We gave him an antique loveseat on consignment. He never contacted us to inform us that it had been sold. When we initiated contact, somehow he didn't have $200 to pay us. My husband accepted a partial payment with the agreement that the remaining balance was to be paid within 7 days. Timothy Nunnery even post dated the check, and we waited. Big surprise...his check bounced. It has been 3 months and the man still does not have the $200 plus a $20 overdraft fee that we were charged by our bank. the only thing he has been able to offer is EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE as to why he can not pay $220 for a loveseat that he received payment on over 5 months ago.
