I've been taking my German Shepherd to Conway Vet Hospital since late 2009, and I have been very happy with Dr. Porter and his staff and how caring and gentle they are. Dr. Porter is honest and won't waste your time or money. When my dog was being treated for a minor kidney infection, his staff would call to check on her to make sure she was feeling better. They also called to remind me a couple weeks later that I had to drop off a urine sample - they said if it was easier for me, I could bring her in so they could catch the urine sample. Many months later, my dog had been taking antibiotics for something else, and when she started stumbling around, I called them and they put Dr. Porter on the phone immediately to find out what was going on. Overall I have been VERY happy with my experiences with this team and I definitely recommend everybody to take their pets there, they are very responsible, and I trust them with my dogs life! ...read more

Worst place ever! Only brought my new puppy in because of reference from the Puppy Spot (obviously it gets some kind of kickback). Place smelled like bleach to the point of being nauseous. Front desk staff very friendly but doctor is indifferent and standoffish. Location is not in a good neighborhood and building is in bad shape. Don't even think of boarding your animals here.
