The NYC office is the best!!! We dealt with people in Orlando to get started but, the actual distribution took place in NYC. Since this was a major distribution campaign for us we were very worried about our flyers and product samples being distributed on time and in the areas we contracted. However, all the brand ambassadors had GPS! We were able to track them and make sure the street team went to all the areas we wanted to reach. It was a nice touch to have a GPS report go along with the event pictures we were provided. Overall, you might be able to do better with prices with another company. But, I'm a big believer in "You get what you pay for!" Before we decided to hire this company we called around and talked to about five or six other companies. Two deliveries - both an F. First delivery on August 12th - one of the delivery associates was angry and agitated when he arrived. He was completely unfriendly. He physically abused the control panel on the newly delivered washing machine which broke the computer. We had to spend 2 hours on the phone to order a replacement machine. Next deliver set for Sat, August 16th. I get a call at 10:00 that deliver cannot happen because the delivery crew did not show up for work. At this point, I lost patience and said I would come get the machine myself. This company is a sub contractor for Home Depot so I did not pick them and my issue may have been just bad timing for them but this has been awful. ...read more
