Within a week of hiring them my pool turned green. No one ever showed up as scheduled multiple times. I immediately asked for a refund and canceled the service. The time a pool is build is FAR less important than the quality of the work. First of all the sub-contractors Matt hires crawl out from under rocks that day. The few I spoke to really had no experience in pools. The pebble finish was blotchy and done incorrectly. Matt NEVER came out to look.Blamed "chemical" imbalance. Matt refused to help after the final payment was given to him. We bypassed Matt and researched the manufacture of the pebble today over a year after Matt received the final check The company "Manufacture is here redoing horrible job in the first place. We had to fight but after they saw pictures before there was any water in it the first time they agreed it was just done wrong. We said we had well water and nobody would put a filter on the hose. They never acid washed it before they filled it. My advice, pay more and go somewhere that has there own crews. To top it off the plumbers never put the fountain pipe on properly where it would connect to anything. Water was leaking for a year and we never would have known if they didn't re-do the pebble. Luis Torres is dishonest. We had him arrested. One year after using him to resurface our pool, we paid him by check, he made a photo copy of our check and used our account to pay his bills. It went through the bank because he made the transactions by phone. Needless to say, I cancelled all our accounts with BB&T. He did the same exact thing to my son, he also banked with BB&T. Also left a big mess for us to clean and get rid of. Might also mention he does business under different names. ...read more
