Michaels Autos has been in the Central Florida Area since the mid 90's. I know several people who have purchased cars from there and they ALL say it was the best experience. I am planning to buy a car next month and I KNOW I will be going to Michaels Autos because I want a late model BMW 3 Series sport package. Chances are they will have one or 2 in stock . They ALWAYS DO!! I bookmarked their web site and I check it out almost EVERYDAY to see the new arrivals. ...read more

Things to Know Before Accepting a Crash Settlement

After surviving a car crash, especially one where you were not at fault, you will be contacted by the negligent party’s insurance company and offered a settlement. However, because insurance companies are like any other business, and they try as much as possible to protect their bottom line, it is important to be armed with certain information before accepting any form of settlement from them. Insurance Companies Will Offer Little Insurance companies usually refrain from offering you what they are actually willing to pay, even if you had no fault in the car crash. They will present you with the lowest amount of restitution for your emotional trauma and suffering. If you accept the amount right off the bat, you would be doing yourself a great disservice, as there is always room for a lot more than what is being offered. You Can Negotiate the Settlement Insurance companies will offer you a settlement whether it is actually fair to you or not. If you feel you deserve more, do not hesitate to negotiate for a better settlement. If you cannot negotiate for a better settlement yourself, you should hire a lawyer who can do so on your behalf. Always anticipate a lowball offer, and try to work your way up. Your lawyer should be familiar with the law and know how to maximize your settlement. Visit the Doctor After a car crash, be sure to visit a doctor to have a proper work up done for you, and document all injuries sustained during the crash. It is crucial that you do this before you accept any form of settlement from the other party. This is because if you accept a settlement before going to the doctor, you might find out that you will need subsequent treatment and at this point, it would be too late to adjust the terms of the settlement to accommodate the cost of subsequent treatments. If you do accept a structured insurance settlement but need the cash right away and cannot wait consider auto accident loan companies, such asCash4Crash,to cover your basic medical treatment and other bills before you get your entire payout.  ...read more
