Purchase a dress for my daughter's sweet 16. Took it back for alterations and not only were the alterations horrible, but there was a huge stain on the dress. When I took it back to get it fixed and ask about the stain the owner of the shop had the nerve to tell me well you purchased a floor sample dress so the stain was probably there and we can't do anything about it. After explaining myself she stated well I will ask the seamstress if she put the stain on there and if she didn't than your daughter did it. I was not only insulted by basically being called a liar, but they were unwilling to do anything for me and this was 5 days before my daughter's party. I had to go and purchase a brand new dress for my daughter. Horrible customer service and horrible place to shop! ...read more
