Left my dump trailer for service. My service order had a list of items, that were not addressed, my trailer came back damaged on the bumpers, the tires were not installed back at it's original position, trailers is driving unbalanced. Asked the mechanic if he inspected all the shaft and he told me only the one he replaced. I pointed to him before I left and he told me to drive to a while and keep an eye on it to see if would be OK??? Is this the kind of inspection I was charged for? At the same day purchased a new attachment hitch, I asked the mechanics if that was a good hitch for the type of trailer i have and I was told it would be OK. well 2 days later, the one installed on my trailer is all rusted and the one installed on my truck is bent and unsafe. took the truck back as the part is only 2 days old and was told that there was no manager at the store and that it bent due to my fault. I have been using trailers for 30 years and that's the comment I got. Well I had another appointment for next Monday at the same place to do a major repair(changing floors, bumpers, lights) but just told them to cancel as this place is not a safe place and has a poor customer service.
