This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever encountered. The owners are Michael Richard Niquette and Jennifer Niquette. If you are internet savvy you can find the information to contact them directly. They are In Middleburg, Florida. They hold a license in the state of Florida. You can file a complaint with their licensing board. They are used by American Home Shield which makes me seriously concerned about the home warranty company as well. 1. Technician had no tools 2. Technician asked me for the manual to my AC 3. You cannot reach anyone who can resolve an issue 4. Told by representative this is an Internet only based company 5. 9 days and they still haven’t even requested authorization for my warranty company to get the part I would NOT recommend this company. Took a month for them to come out and repair my unit when they did arrive they arrive with the incorrect coil technician left to get a different coil came back with one which I assumed would be the correct coil didn't realize it's the incorrect coil for my machine until after he left when I notice he hacked up the side of my AC Handler to make this coil fit was told they would refund me some money after I paid upfront never happened asked to let me see how much Freon you put in my system when you do it so I can see the scale technician did not have a scale on his truck so he was charging me for something and he has no clue how much freon to put in my system ...read more
