First time I went to Jim, he cut my lower back length hair into a bob and donated it to Locks-of-Love. As nerve rakcing as that was - it looked PERFECT!!! Jim understand what you mean when you describe what you want in the weirdest words - I told him preppy. It came out exactly how I imagined. (not to mention the jaw-dropping low price) Since then, I have only went back one time to get my hair died (again, perfect) I have tried different salons/hairdressers.
