The therapist, Mrs. Josephburg, has a very high rating. It must be because when she senses distress in her patients, like my boyfriend and I, she drops you like a hot potato. We called and called to try and get appointments with no response other than that she would call back. Her office was not busy the 2 other times we had been there and we had not had very upsetting sessions, a little sadness that you would expect a therapist to help you with, but nothing extreme. She obviously only wants patients without real problems so that she can keep her rate of recovery unrealistically high. Also, the staff members were oddly apathetic and had no sense of humor. On a side note her office was always very smelly. Comically smelly in fact, like it had once been used as a locker room for hockey players.
