After searching high and low for a new couch and dealing with sales people at other stores who were projecting a car sales demeanor, we found ourselves at Santa Fe Ranch. Jason was our salesman and he was our good fortune! We immediately learned what to look for and how to choose high quality items. My husband was not thrilled with the original couch color but because he was tired, he agreed to it. Jason sensed this, excused himself briefly and returned with a full fabric chart, offering samples of the colors that were in stock and available at the warehouse. This store has changed a lot since they left the old location. Now they got game and they are ready to rock. They have a great selection of things from many countries. The store has things from all over the world, not just Cowboy and Western things, much different from the old location. If you want to look at unique furniture, come to this store for ideas that go far beyond manufactured furniture. ...read more

My family has been clients of Santa Fe Ranch for a long time. Our first purchase was a sofa and matching loveseat followed by a gorgeous knotty pine bedroom set. Then we purchased an amazing horseback bank robbery painting for our living room. Our most recent purchases last year included 2 different recliners and both king and queen mattresses. We had a small issue with the sofa one time but they came out to fix it right away. One of the recliners I had purchased for my husband’s birthday had some issues but under the 5-year warranty, the issues were covered. The repair staff was prompt and knowledgeable and this was much less of a hassle than I was anticipating.
