They have no communication after the sale. They actually hung up on me while inquiring about a back order I had not been notified about. I actually had to find the company they drop shipped it from myself and call them to see if it was shipped. They are also not the cheapest out there either! I purchased a two person sauna in 2011 and it needs a new control panel. It has a lifetime warranty, but I can't get a single human to talk too and they pretend they can't help you if you call sales. I think they are thieves and I am really angry about the Customer Service treatment. Bunch of bums! Did not mean to give them a 5.0 rating they don't deserve any stars at all! ...read more
