I am a nurse in the Cape Coral area. 10 years ago I had apopted a very sickly cockerspaniel . I guess meing the nurse I am. we managed to improve his health emensly. over the course of 10 years we fell I love with this little guy and he to us. I never thought I would find another sweet boy like him. We lost Max just recently to spleen cancer. he did not see that coming. we had no choice but to put him to sleep he was 13. after looking on your website I fell in love all over again. Max will always be in our hearts. but with him gone it will never truly fill it again. I had an Australian sheepdog when I was younger and I also loved her very much. Doesn't call when he is going to be late! Not only that... Cannot do business with people in 15 miles worth of Dunnellon Animal Hospital and wouldn't give a reason! Would rather my goat die and did not give me a reference. I waited all day for them to show up. I am pretty upset about this. Stay away from this shady outfit trying to pass as 'professional'!!! For some reason Dr. Muchler refuses to leave a paper trail: no itemized bill, no list of services performed, no receipt for the $300 that was charged: including two rabies/parva shots given with NO paperwork to prove the shots were given, no tags to be worn on the collar. He refused to answer emails, nor to return three phone messages. When reached twice by phone he promised to supply the paperwork, but did not!! The services he 'told' us he had performed proved to have been totally inadequate, which begs the question? were they ever done? There is a total lack of ethics with this business, a lot of smiles and (empty) promises, but no ethics!! STAY AWAY!! ...read more
