They damaged my truck by cross threading the filter adapter and tried to cover it up by using an improper tool w/ teeth to cram the filter in the engine. They didn't notify my there was a mistake made and let me drive away spilling oil everywhere. I took it to my mechanic b/c of the leak and first words my mechanic stated " WHO CHANGED YOUR OIL LAST THEY CAUSED AND OIL LEAK" The shop would not reimburse me the money I had to put out to fix the leak and nor would they refund me for the oil change that spilled out everywhere. I still have a the adapter and filter for proof. I filed a complaint w/ the BBB. I never done that before. DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!!!
