Don't be fooled by the "no deposit" or "free rent"...hell is easy to fall into and hard to get out.\t\n\t\nThe apartments are moldy and will cause health issues, and the management is very rude and disrespectful.\t\n\t\nIt's not worth it to live here. At first, we thought it was a blessing to live in such a (what we thought was) a beautiful place, but it's very trashy and disgusting.\t\n\t\nAll they want is your money, and they could care less about your health and well being.\t\n\t\nThey really hate pets and our dogs ended up getting sick because of their lack of lawn maintenance. And we're not the only ones.\t\n\t\nDuck droppings, roaches, ants, and large spiders are a FEW of the issues they have.\t\n\t\nWe are DEFINITELY leaving this place ASAP, and we want people to be aware of the disgusting conditions and rude staff here at this apartment complex.\t\n\t\nDO. I had a 10 x 14 shed and an RV port installed in 1992 and it still looks great. They came had the permits, and installed the hurricane straps, and set it up in a day and my RV port is 35ft long and 16ft wide. ...read more
