I purchased a supposedly brand new software product from Silver Springs Computer in Ocala, FL. When I attempted to activate the product key, I received a message that the key had already been used, and could not be installed on my computer. I had Ocala Computer Services come to my home to fix my computer that was running real slow. Just amazing how much better my computer has ran since they worked on it. Yes Abba can fix a computer but since the son has taken over the business the customer is dead last in his thinking. I have been a customer since 1999 and up until just recently been well received. However on my last too visits I was told that they were too busy to take the time to look at my problem that I was to tell them my thoughts and they would call me. Upon my return I asked the son if he thought that was anyway to respond to the needs of his customers and he said that was his policy. Because they are too busy with others to take the time to view my concern I will give them the extra time they don�t seem to have by not ever returning and I suggest you do the same.
