My husband and I had set up a appointment with Kathy to come out to our home (we are new to North Port) on December 21 between 9:00 and 10:30 am. Kathy came early, and I was getting dressed, so my husband answered the door. Kathy came in and said something about the shape of the window, and my husband said do "you have any samples with you?". She said something about her husband and she would be back and left so fast before I was even dressed to meet her. My husband called the store several times asking...What happen to Kathy? The last person that answered the telephone said she would have Kathy call us. SHE NEVER DID AND AS OF THIS DATE, WE STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPEN TO HER. Last year I purchased a gazebo dinind set and love. It was handled and delivered on time and is a fine product. I have since decided to add two chairs and ottomans to the set. I found the exact same design and called to order, since I couldnt do it online. When I called they said they were in the process or updating their computer system and would email or call me.
