My husband and I had set up a appointment with Kathy to come out to our home (we are new to North Port) on December 21 between 9:00 and 10:30 am. Kathy came early, and I was getting dressed, so my husband answered the door. Kathy came in and said something about the shape of the window, and my husband said do "you have any samples with you?". She said something about her husband and she would be back and left so fast before I was even dressed to meet her. My husband called the store several times asking...What happen to Kathy? The last person that answered the telephone said she would have Kathy call us. SHE NEVER DID AND AS OF THIS DATE, WE STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPEN TO HER.
