This place is so overrated. I had a birthday party for my daughter there with over 25 kids. They were not prepared and could not handle the party. They had nothing prepped and ready. While one staff member dealt with the other guest(not part of party) the other one sat and poured juice and made popcorn. This was all stuff that could have been ready before start of party. With both of the employees doing their own thing they sent all parents home and said they were capable of handling party. Me and 2 of my good friends did all the running. As employee filled paint, juice and popcorn we became the waitress who worked while they got paid. Running like crazy people to get the things to a group of 7 year olds. The icing on the cake is I am physically handicapped, and have parties like this so I don't have to do the work because I am incapable of walking well.
