Pros: Very nice staff, red carpet treatment, fast service, nice facility. Cons: Expensive. I needed a new alternator and serpentine belt installed and was 'nickel and dimed' on labor charges and charged not for actual hours of labor but the 'book' labor for the job. Alternator price and belt price were a little on high side which I compared with several local parts stores online but passable. Labor charged was 3.1 'book' hours for the replacement, plus 0.6 'book' hours to plug a diagnostic tester to the electrical system, and around 0.3 'book' hours to verify battery was fully charged. From the time the car was originally dropped off to receiving the call saying the service was completed, 2 actual hours elapsed. At $98/hour labor rate there, you do the math. A 'shop supply' fee was also added to my bill...I would think an alternator / belt change would only required a set of tools? I did complain to the service manager but he was unyielding.
