There is always a BEST in every category, Bi Mamas is the best bike shop I have ever done business with. I have been cycling for many years in more than a few locals and Big Mamas has given me the best service and price of any shop I have dwelt with. I recently had my bike tuned and it came back to me completely reconditioned. Not just tuned but refurbished from top to bottom. After 30 minutes talking with the staff, I wanted to buy my Trek here. Got the no nonsense answers from Alex on all the triathlon bike brands-the pros and cons too. I felt he was interested in my best interests, not his own. The bike fit is perfect-I noticed the improvement first time out. We came here after visiting several nearby bike shops. What worked for us was not only the ride of the Trek bikes, but the helpful staff. Kristen had the knowledge and insight to steer us through the complexity of selecting which bikes were the best fit.
